Racing against time in this historic April, contractors working on Thuan An sea-gate overpass project are stepping up construction efforts by mobilizing both machinery and manpower, while simultaneously advancing multiple work fronts.

In 2000, in the short piece entitled “Hue Diary,” written when he returned for the first Hue Festival, musician Trinh Cong Son wrote, “When you have a place to return, or to visit from time to time, you are very fortunate. Following severe floods, numerous relief convoys, volunteer groups, and meaningful gifts have been delivered directly to people in deeply flooded areas in Hue. These “golden hearts” have instilled faith and motivation, helping them stand firm against difficulties and rebuild a peaceful life during the Great National Solidarity Festival (November 18).
