To implement the Four Seasons Festival Project, Hue City People's Committee continues to organize the 9th Hue Traditional Craft Festival 2023 with the theme "The Vietnamese Craftsmanship," as a continuation of the previous eight successful Hue Traditional Crafts Festivals since 2005.

The entire province now has more than 20,000 overseas Vietnamese residing in all continents and territories.
