Bun bo Hue listed among the “Top 100 best soups in the world”

In this list, Vietnamese beef pho is ranked 9th by the Taste Atlas. Notably, bun bo Hue is also recognized by the Taste Atlas, ranking 16th. Additionally, many other Vietnamese culinary delights are included in this list, such as: bun rieu (29th), bun mam (49th), bun cha ca (51st), bun moc (52nd), bun sua (74th), bun ca Kien Giang (82nd), and bun ca Long Xuyen (85th).

The culinary website Taste Atlas also highly praised other rustic Vietnamese dishes, including banh da cua (29th), hu tieu Nam Vang (33rd), banh canh (42nd), hu tieu My Tho (80th), and mien luon (86th), etc.

Founded in 2015, the Taste Atlas (headquartered in Zagreb, Croatia) is known as a map that gathers traditional dishes from around the world.
