On the afternoon of April 7, the Provincial People's Committee held a ceremony to honor "Outstanding Citizens of Thua Thien Hue Province" from 2020-2022 and reward at the state level for units and individuals with outstanding achievements in the year 2022.

On the afternoon of January 7, the People's Committee of An Dong Ward, Hue City held the opening ceremony of the program " Tet of Unity ", the contests of making banh chung, banh tet, and traditional crystallized ginger in 2023 at Dang Van Ngu Secondary School.

This activity was held by the Provincial Labor Confederation on January 6 with the theme “Tet of Reunion - Spring of Unity”

In response to the policy of planting 1 billion trees and celebrating Vietnam's Forestry Day (November 28th), in recent days, forestry units and forest owners have planted thousands of indigenous trees such as green ironwood, cycads, tarrietia javanica blume (huynh), golden oaks, etc. All these plants are able to adapt to climate change and prevent landslides very effectively.
