On the afternoon of November 24th, Standing Committee member of the City Party Committee and Vice Chairman of Hue City People’s Committee - Mr. Phan Quy Phuong, together with leaders of Vietnam Fatherland Front (VFF) Committee of Hue City, received disaster-relief support from the Military Commercial Joint Stock Bank (MB).

As Vietnamese Teachers’ Day (November 20th) approaches, many teachers in flood-stricken areas are still busy battling natural disasters. On the morning of November 22nd, the University of Medicine and Pharmacy, Hue University held a ceremony to announce the Prime Minister’s Decision on the merger of Hue Medical College into the University of Medicine and Pharmacy, Hue University, in accordance with Decision No. 2346/QD-TTg dated October 23rd, 2025.

Hue City People's Committee has just issued the Decision No. 3550/QD-UBND declaring a natural disaster emergency situation regarding the collapse of a Northern section of Hue Imperial Citadel wall, along Dang Thai Than Street, approximately 180m East of Hoa Binh Gate.
