Appearing during the revolutionary movement in 1940 in the South, the red flag with yellow star – a particularly sacred symbol of Vietnam– is closely associated with the Vietnamese People’s history of defence and preservation of national independence, as well as the renewal and development process, standing shoulder to shoulder with great powers across the five continents.

The “YES! Camp x Hue 2024” program, organized by Hue University Center for Innovation and Entrepreneurship in collaboration with CreBiz Factory (South Korea), is not merely a startup competition. On June 22nd, an impressive assembly of over 150 artifacts, curated from the esteemed collections of 29 antique collectors spanning the North, Central, and South regions of Vietnam, will be showcased at the “Antiques Gathering” exhibition held in the historic Kien Trung Palace, Hue Imperial Citadel.

On January 28, the Provincial Youth Activity Center organized a program to experience the traditional Lunar New Year of Vietnam and South Korea, with the theme "Connecting Spring - Peaceful Tet (Lunar New Year)". The Map of Vietnam made by BOARC art style set the record with the largest number of participants from the Northern, Central, and Southern regions.

On the afternoon of November 22, at Duyet Thi Duong Theater, Imperial City of Hue, Hue Monuments Conservation Center (HMCC) and National Gugak Center of South Korea signed a memorandum of cooperation and conducted a cultural exchange performance of court music between Vietnam and South Korea.

On the evening of November 22, the opening ceremony of an art exhibition on exchanging paintings by artists from Vietnam and South Korea, with the theme "Accompany", took place at Thieu Phuong Garden, Hue Imperial Citadel.

On the afternoon of September 25, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Van Phuong hosted a courtesy reception for H.E. Vuyiswa Tulelo, Ambassador of the Republic of South Africa to Vietnam on a working visit to the province.

From July 24 to 27, the 2023 Southeast Asia Youth Camp takes place at Nguyen Hue High school, Hue City. This is the first time that the Southeast Asia Youth Camp has been held in Vietnam.

The South China Morning Post (an English daily newspaper published in Hong Kong) has just introduced two unique monuments of Vietnam. Along with the Notre Dame Cathedral in Ho Chi Minh City, the Ho Quyen arena (the Tiger Arena) in Thua Thien Hue is also introduced as a very unique destination in Asia that should not be skipped by visitors around the world.
