On the afternoon of August 19th, Deputy Secretary of the City Party Committee and Chairman of Hue City People’s Committee Le Tri Thanh led a delegation on a field trip to inspect investment and production activities at Chan May - Lang Co Economic Zone and Phu Bai Industrial Park. For the first time, Bun bo Hue (Hue beef noodle soup) will be celebrated through a nationwide festival. Featuring more than 80 food stalls, live culinary demonstrations serving hundreds of visitors, a stage production recounting the dish's more than 400-year history, and a variety of interactive experiences, these will turn Thuong Bac Park to become a gathering place for food enthusiasts from July 23rd to 26th.

“Loi ca chau ngoc” (Precious Lyrics of Ca Hue) is a collection of Ca Hue (Hue Singing) repertoires collected and compiled by the poet Vo Que. This work is not only a product of the author’s passion for Ca Hue, but also the result of a serious working process.

From June 26 to 28, at 62 Trang Tien Street, Hoan Kiem Ward, Hanoi, the distinctive products, specialties, and cultural values of the Ancient Capital came together in the ‘Hue Thuong’ program, part of ‘The Vitality of Vietnamese Goods’ programme No. 8. The program not only brought the essence of Hue to the heart of the Capital, but also created a space connecting local products with consumers nationwide through a combination of in-person experiences and e-commerce.

On June 27, at the Ethnic Cultural House of Khe Tre Commune (208 Khe Tre Street), the People's Committee of Khe Tre Commune organized the Khe Tre Highland Market - Second session of 2026, themed “Agricultural Products Market”. The event aims to showcase local products, promote the consumption of agricultural products, and introduce the highland cultural identity to people and visitors.

On the evening of June 26, at the Thanh Toan Tiled-Roof Bridge Community Tourism Site (Thanh Thuy Ward), the City Cooperative Alliance, in collaboration with the Thanh Thuy Ward People's Committee, opened the 2026 Product Fair of Cooperatives, Affiliated Enterprises across the city, and Saigon Co.op.

More than just souvenir products, many heritage sites in Hue are being “refreshed” with products that showcase the distinctive cultural identity of the imperial court.

No longer operating on a small, fragmented scale, many cooperatives (Co-op) in suburban areas of Hue City are transforming their mindset, expanding their operations, improving product quality, and gradually establishing a stronger presence in the market.
