After the information that Hue International Arts Festival Week 2024 going to take place from June 7 to June 12 was announced by the organizing committee, the tourism industry and travel agencies have focused on promoting and introducing it to tourists, and supplementing and building tour programs to create more experiences for guests; all are ready to welcome tourists to Hue during this festival.

On the morning of May 24th, Phu Loc Town Secondary School in Phu Loc District held a ceremony to obtain the recognition of its tropical almond tree as a Vietnamese heritage tree. The event was attended by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Le Van Thang, Vice Chairman of Vietnam Association for Conservation of nature and environment.

Since the establishment in 2019 with the initial 80 members, the Green Wind Choir has now gathered nearly 200 members from 6 to 86 years old. This is the first community choir to organize its own choral concert, which has become an annual event and been eagerly awaited by audiences. The Provincial People's Committee has recently issued Decision No. 950/QĐ-UBND, granting a license to establish and recognize the charter of the Hue Bookcase Development Fund, aiming to create a stable source of funding for publishing activities to build and develop the Hue Bookcase.

On the evening of May 20, the Provincial Executive Board of Vietnam Buddhist Sangha and the Vesak 2568 Organization Board held the opening ceremony of flower boat parade. After the opening ceremony, the flower boats will parade on the Huong River. This is one of the important activities within the framework of the Vesak Week 2568.
