From the historical roots of Thuận Hóa - Phú Xuân nearly 720 years ago, Hue has inherited a rich culinary elite resource, offering a competitive edge for the ancient capital tourism. Achieving the status of a centrally governed municipality brings new opportunities for Hue. On November 29, at the Provincial Blind Association, the Institute for Cooperation and Development (Phu Xuan University) collaborated with Liverpool John Moores University (the UK) and Deakin University (Australia) to organize a training course on applying AI Marketing skills for people with disabilities. The program aims to support the promotion of products made by people with disabilities such as bamboo toothpicks, paper flowers, and massage services.

On November 28, nearly 100 travel agencies and hotel businesses from Thua Thien Hue Province and Da Nang City surveyed the Golden Sands Golf Resort golf course (located in Vinh Xuan and Vinh Thanh communes, Phu Vang district) to explore cooperation opportunities and promote the robust development of golf tourism in the coming time.

On November 28, the Provincial People's Committee organized the Meeting with foreign non-governmental organizations in Thua Thien Hue province in 2024. In attendance at the meeting were Ms. Trinh Thi Mai Phuong, Deputy Director of the Department of Foreign Affairs, Ministry of Foreign Affairs; and Mr. Phan Quy Phuong, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee.

On the afternoon of November 25th, Vice Chairman of Thua Thien Hue Provincial People's Committee Phan Quy Phuong met and worked with the delegations of Ambassadors from New Zealand, Canada, Norway, and Switzerland to Vietnam.

On November 24, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People’s Committee Nguyen Van Phuong and Vice Chairman of the Provincial People’s Committee Hoang Hai Minh attended the ceremony on planting trees to embellish Kim Phung Mountain.

On October 31, the Ministry of Culture, Sports, and Tourism said that it had sent a document to the People's Committee of Thua Thien Hue Province regarding the preparation of a dossier to recognize Phuoc Tich ancient village (Phong Hoa Commune, Phong Dien District) as a special national relic.

On October 30, Mr. Nguyen Van Phuong, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People’s Committee, had a courtesy meeting and discussion with Ms. Alexandra Elizabeth Smith, Consul General of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland in Vietnam. Attending the meeting were leaders of relevant departments, agencies, and branches.

This was a directive given by Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, Hoang Hai Minh, during an inspection of the erosion situation in Phu Thuan Commune, Phu Vang District on the morning of October 22.
