On the afternoon of September 10, the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism, in collaboration with Hue City People's Committee, organized the opening ceremony of the 3rd Vietnam International Photography Festival in 2025. This biennial international event aims to build a brand name for Vietnamese photography, while contributing to promoting the image of the country, people, and culture of Vietnam to international friends.

To ensure good preparation for the Opening Ceremony of the academic year 2025 - 2026, linked to the 80th Anniversary Ceremony of the Traditional Day of Education sector, held online nationwide on the morning of September 5, the Department of Education and Training (DoET) established inspection teams on September 4. On the morning of August 28, the University of Agriculture and Forestry, Hue University coordinated with French Agriculture Research Center for International Development (CIRAD) held the 2nd International Seminar titled “Bioprotection in Sustainable Agriculture - ICBPSA” in 2025.
