That is the confident statement of many students after completing a free-swimming class organized by the Chi Thien Fund for Children this summer. The 28th North Central Region Fine Arts Exhibition kicked off on August 16th. The exhibition introduces the art-loving public to 157 artworks from 137 artists.

The Autumn and Winter Festivals within the framework of Hue Festival 2023 will focus on creating diversity and distinctiveness for several main programs.
