TTH.VN - As the tropical depression has intensified into the storm No. 4, with complicated weather development and heavy rain, at 11:00 p.m. on September 18, the Provincial People's Committee decided to cancel school for students in the province on September 19 as a precautionary measure against storm and flood.

Following the direction of the Provincial People's Committee, the Provincial Department of Education and Training informed the Offices of Education and Training, Vocational Training Centers - Continuing Education Centers, and units under the Provincial Department of Education and Training to issue a notice to all teachers and students regarding a school closure on September 19.

Although the announcement was made late at night, people were still able to receive the information promptly through social media shares and the Hue-S app. Early in the morning of September 19, schools and teachers promptly notified parents not to send their children to school until further notice.
