There is a female “warrior of the pen” who has spread the love for life and positivity with a heart full of affection and deep gratitude. That is Ms. Le Thi Ngoc Ha (Group 5, An Cuu Ward, Thuan Hoa District, Hue City), a member of Hue Writers’ Association.

“Each journalist chooses their own path to delve deep into the field of words. I’m fortunate to be born and work as a journalist right in the sacred land of Hue Ancient Capital, a place rich in cultural values. Although Hue’s literary heritage is “tranquil and moss-covered”, to me, it is always captivating”.

Phuoc Tich is an ancient village located in Phong Hoa Ward, Phong Dien Town, Hue City. The village was established in 1470. Though small, Phuoc Tich boasts 12 river wharfs, symbolizing the 12 founding families who first settled the land. Along with the founding of the village, migrants from Đàng Ngoài (Outer Realm) who came to this land to make a living also brought with them the traditional craft of pottery.

Already a familiar face among startup CEOs in Hue, this time I met with Ngo Duc Vuong - Director of Hue One Food Company, whose flagship product has been dubbed “Hue Pizza” - the Thuan An pressed rice cake. We chatted over coffee in Grand Prairie, Texas, as he continued his mission of spreading the story of Hue’s entrepreneurial journey through the pressed rice cake and promoting Hue culture in the U.S market.

This statement was emphasized by Dr. Nguyen Ngoc Tung, Architect, (Faculty of Architecture, University of Sciences, Hue University) at the seminar “French Colonial Architecture and the “Western Quarter” in Hue City”, which took place on the afternoon of May 11 at the Hue Book and Cultural Space (No. 23 - 25 Le Loi St., Thuan Hoa District).

After being postponed in April 2025, BamBoo Artists Agency Joint Stock Company (BAA) announced that the highly anticipated “Mega Booming - Hue 2025” grand music festival, featuring an impressive scale and high artistic quality, will take place for one spectacular night on July 6th, 2025, at Ngo Mon Square - Hue Imperial Citadel.

On April 19th, a special event titled “Hue – Developing green heritage tourism and a bicycle city” will take place at Ngo Mon Square – Hue Imperial Citadel. The event is jointly organized by Hue Monuments Conservation Center, VietPM (representative of GCOO brand in Vietnam), and Vietnam Green Building Council (VGBC).

“The failure at the 100-mile distance (equivalent to 160km) at the Vietnam Mountain Marathon in December 2024 has only driven me to set new goals in Ultra Mountain Marathon, with a strong resolve to rise from failure,” Nguyen Thi Ngot, a Hue-born runner ranked among the top 10 female amateur marathoners in Vietnam for the 42.195km distance, shared her plans for 2025.

On the evening of March 21st, the opening ceremony of the first-ever “Vietnamese Martial Arts Festival - Hue 2025” took place at Ngo Mon Square - Hue Imperial Citadel, with the theme “Heroic spirit of the nation.”

The ceramic art camp titled “Hue with Uncle Ho” officially opened on the afternoon of March 10th at Ngoc An Ceramic Space (108 Le Ngo Cat Street, Thuy Xuan Ward, Thuan Hoa District), attracting a large number of artists.
