On March 7, the Department of Education and Training held the final round of the English debate competition for secondary school students in the 2025-2026 academic year.

On the morning of March 6, the Department of Industry and Trade coordinated with the Institution for Strategy and Policy Studies under the Ministry of Industry and Trade, organized a workshop to solicit feedback from central and local departments, agencies, experts, and businesses. On the morning of March 5, Hue City held the 2026 military enlistment and handover ceremony at 5 locations across the city. Despite drizzle and unfavorable weather conditions, the events were conducted solemnly, efficiently, and in full compliance with regulations, thanks to thorough preparation, ensuring absolute safety. All young men who had been called up for military service and service in the force of the City People’s Public Security enthusiastically set out to fulfill their sacred duty of defending the Fatherland.

On the evening of March 3 (the 15th day of the first lunar month), at Ngo Mon Square – Hue Imperial Citadel, the Organizing Committee of Hue Festival and Hue Monuments Conservation Center held the art program “Thi di ngon chi” on the occasion of the 24th Vietnamese Poetry Day.

On the morning of March 3, Vietnam Haiku Poetry Club - Hue Ancient Capital Chapter held a gathering and poetry-music exchange to mark the 24th anniversary of Vietnam Poetry Day and celebrate International Women’s Day (March 8).
