Among the art troupes performing at Hue Traditional Craft Festival 2023, perhaps the troupe of stilt walkers from the Kingdom of Belgium is the one that leaves the deepest impression with its unique and colorful performance, capturing the attention of the public.

On the afternoon of May 1st, the Organizing Committee of the Culinary Festival themed “The Quintessence of Noodle” set a Vietnam record with “Hue-style mixed stir-fried noodle serving 1,000 diners at a time”.

In the first two days of Hung Kings Commemoration Day, anniversaries of Liberation Day (April 30), and International Labor Day (May 1), Hue tourism welcomed over 30.000 tourist arrivals, all hotels in the provincial area worked at full capacity.

Located 5 kilometers away from the center of Hue City to the North, Duc Buu village (Huong So Ward, Hue City) specializes in producing famous specialty dumplings of the ancient capital land, including: banh beo, banh loc goi (the Vietnamese clear shrimp and pork dumpling wrapped in banana leaf), banh nam, and banh ram it, etc.

On the morning of April 29th, the People’s Committee of Hue City, in collaboration with J&T Express, organized the “Creating Success on Digital Business Platforms” seminar. Attending the seminar were Permanent member of the Provincial Party Committee, Secretary of Hue City Party Committee Phan Thien Dinh, as well as leaders of departments, agencies, and enterprises from all over the country.

In the framework of the exhibition “Bonsais and Orchids of three regions in 2023” held by the Organizing Committee of Hue Festival 2023, on the morning of April 28, the ritual to offer bonsais and orchids took place from Ngo Mon Square to The Mieu.

Following a series of special activities within the framework of Hue Traditional Craft Festival 2023, on the evening of April 29th, the culinary festival themed “The Quintessence of Rice Vermicelli” was launched at Thuong Bac Park.

On the morning of April 28th, an A321 aircraft with flight number VN 1370 from Vietnam Airlines carried 168 passengers from Ho Chi Minh City to Hue. This was the first flight to “inaugurate” Terminal T2 at Phu Bai International Airport.
