On the morning of July 11, Hue Central Hospital hosted the voluntary blood and platelet donation program titled “White Blouse - Pink Heart”, with the participation of 350 staff members and medical personnel currently working at the hospital. This annual event aims to help address the summer blood shortage while also promoting a spirit of compassion and solidarity within the medical community.

Hue and Nara, both are former Ancient Capitals of Vietnam and Japan respectively, are strengthening their cooperative ties amid a global trend shifting toward “local cooperation for global benefit”. On July 11th, Vice Chairman of Hue City People’s Committee Hoang Hai Minh chaired a meeting of the Steering Committee of Luxembourg Projects to review project progress and provide directions and planning for the upcoming period. Co-chairing the meeting was Thomas Lammar, Temporary Representative of the Embassy of Luxembourg in Laos.

From July 7 - 11, a delegation of the Department of Public Security of Hue City, led by Colonel Duong Van Thoan, Deputy Director of Hue City’s Department of Public Security, along with representatives from the Foreign Relations Department, Ministry of Public Security, visited and worked with the Department of Public Security of Shandong Province, the People's Republic of China.

On July 10, Ms. Sophie Maysonnave - Counselor for Cooperation and Cultural Activities at the French Embassy in Vietnam, and Director of the French Institute in Vietnam had an official meeting with Hue Monuments Conservation Center before concluding her term of working service in Vietnam.

On July 10, Mr. Nguyen Thanh Binh, Standing Vice Chairman of Hue City People's Committee, had a courtesy meeting with Ms. Sophie Maysonnave, Cultural Counselor of the French Embassy, and Director of the French Institute in Vietnam.

On the morning of July 10, Hue City Department of Tourism and Vietnam Aviation Academy held a signing ceremony for a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) on cooperation between the two units for the period of 2025 – 2030.

On the morning of July 9th, Vietnam Airlines, in collaboration with Hue City People's Committee and Phu Bai International Airport, held a special ceremony to welcome a milestone flight in celebration of the 65th anniversary of Vietnam's tourism sector. The event also aims to respond to the National Tourism Year - Hue 2025 and honored the airline’s 350 millionth passenger.

On the evening of July 8th, Hue City Tourism Association held a gathering to mark the 65th anniversary of the traditional day of Vietnam’s tourism sector (July 9th, 1960 – July 9th, 2025).
