On the morning of August 12, the City People's Committee Office announced that a delegation from Hue City, led by Deputy Secretary of the City Party Committee, Chairman of the City People's Committee Nguyen Van Phuong, had a working session with the Vietnamese Business Association in Australia (VBAA) and businesses in the state of Victoria.

On the afternoon of August 11, Hue City Party Committee, People’s Council - People’s Committee - Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the City held a ceremony to mark the 80th anniversary of the Traditional Day of the People’s Public Security Force (August 19, 1945 - August 19, 2025) and the 20th anniversary of the National Day of All People Protecting National Security (August 19, 2005 - August 19, 2025) at the City Cultural - Cinema Center.

Apart from Tran Quoc Vinh, Hue still has no shortage of cueists capable of competing for medals at major tournaments, who are diligently training and nurturing their ambitions. It feels as though they are waiting for a “push” as a catalyst to ignite their breakthrough.

Today, Hue’s longan season still preserves its original sweetness, enticing those passing the ancient citadel to pause and savor the taste.

Hue University of Medicine and Pharmacy Hospital has successfully applied a modified Stoppa surgical approach combined with personalized 3D printing technology to treat an acetabular fracture in a 68-year-old patient who suffered severe multiple injuries after a traffic accident. This was a complex surgery, marking an important advancement in managing pelvic injuries and opening opportunities to apply new techniques to improve treatment quality for patients.
