On December 18th, at Ruong House Space within the Interior Palace area of Hue Imperial Citadel, Hue Monuments Conservation Center (HMCC) in collaboration with Comicola and Phygital Labs officially launched the experience area and introduced the “Imperial Ancient Capital Archaeology Chronicles” project.

The photo exhibition themed “Life of the lotus” by Nguyen Khoa Huy, the photographer, is being displayed at Hue City Center for Culture, Information and Sports (23 - 25 Le Loi Street), from November 26 to December 10, 2024.

Recognized as a leading unit in Vietnam and a model for the preservation and restoration of historical relics, on the occasion of Vietnam Cultural Heritage Day November 23, Hoang Viet Trung, Director of Hue Monuments Conservation Center, shared fascinating insights with Thua Thien Hue Weekly about the journey to restore and enhance heritage values, contributing to making the Complex of Hue Monuments an attractive destination.

On the morning of November 23, the ceremony to receive the national intangible cultural heritage title “Knowledge of Huế Áo dài tailoring and wearing” was solemnly held at the Provincial Culture and Cinema Center.

The project "Preservation, renovation, restoration of Tu Duc Mausoleum", including Dien Hoa Khiem (Royal palace for worship and ceremonies), Minh Khiem Duong (Ceremonial pavilion), On Khiem Duong (Pavilion for royal functions), rampart, gate, and screen wall is being implemented by the Hue Monuments Conservation Center (HMCC).

On November 21st, a networking and trade connection event between Thai and Thua Thien Hue businesses was organized by the Center for Investment, Trade, and Enterprise Support in collaboration with the Provincial Business Association.

As a routine, every Tuesday night at Ca Hue (Hue-Singing) Club belonging to Thua Thien Hue Culture, Information and Sports Center at 25 Le Loi Street, Excellent Artist Quynh Hoa comes early to burn splinters of agawood in a small urn placed on the performing mat. That is the dear and familiar image of Quynh Hoa in the hearts of club members and intimate audiences.

On the morning of November 17, Kim Dong Publishing House in collaboration with Hue City Center of Culture, Information and Sports, and Club of Book and Hue Culture held a program “Hue people tell stories about Hue”, featuring an exchange with writer and journalist Phi Tan, the researcher Le Vu Truong Giang on the occasion of launching the book “Hue people tell stories about Hue” and “Students over the Tam Giang Lagoon”.

Since its reorganization in 1994, Hue University has become one of the leading centers for training high-quality human resources in Central Vietnam and the country as a whole. It represents the essence of Hue culture, serving as a cradle for nurturing intelligence and talent.

With the support of Hue City Martial Arts Association, on the morning of November 10, Vietnam Buddhist Martial Arts Sect organized the opening ceremony of the first Expanded Tournament for Traditional Martial Arts Clubs and Schools of the Vietnam Buddhist Martial Arts Sect in 2024 at Hue City Center for Culture, Information, and Sports, located at 150 Nguyen Trai Street, Tay Loc Ward.
