The Suzucho Karate-Do International Clubs Championship 2025 was held from May 23 to 24 at Arena No. 1 on Ha Huy Tap Street, Hue City. This first-ever tournament was co-hosted by the Suzucho Karate-Do School of Vietnam and Hue City's Department of Culture and Sports.

A professional training course for swimming and diving lifeguards in 2025, organized by the Department of Culture and Sports, is taking place from May 15 to 19 at the city's Sports Center (the swimming pool at 2 Le Quy Don Street). On December 11, representatives of the provincial Department of Culture and Sports informed that the Minister of the Ministry of Culture, Sports, and Tourism announced the decision to include the Hue Nam Temple Festival (Huong Tho Commune, Hue City) and Van Cu noodle-making craft (Huong Toan Commune, Huong Tra Town) in the list of National Intangible Cultural Heritage.
