On the morning of July 7, Hue Monuments Conservation Center coordinated with the Provincial Department of Culture and Sports to organize an incense and flower offering ceremony, and a procession of gratitude to the ancestor on the occasion of the death anniversary of Lord Nguyen Phuc Khoat, the person who laid the foundation of Ao dai Vietnam. This is one of the activities responding to Hue Festival 2023, and within the framework of the Autumn Festival’s activities.

On the morning of June 17th, Hue Monument Conservation Center, in collaboration with the Department of Culture and Sports and the Inherited Calligraphy Association of Taiwan (China), inaugurated the exhibition "Than Kinh Nhi Thap Canh (Twenty gorgeous landscapes of the Land of Genies) – Emperor Thieu Tri poetry through the Inherited Calligraphy of Taiwan (China)" at Thieu Phuong Garden, within the Imperial Citadel.

On his working visit to Hue in late March 2023, Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh proposed that the locality should coordinate with the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism to set up the project to build the Hue Museum of Royal Antiquities in a new position in the spirit of science, modernity, and architecture in harmony with the overall Hue Monuments.
