On December 11, representatives of the provincial Department of Culture and Sports informed that the Minister of the Ministry of Culture, Sports, and Tourism announced the decision to include the Hue Nam Temple Festival (Huong Tho Commune, Hue City) and Van Cu noodle-making craft (Huong Toan Commune, Huong Tra Town) in the list of National Intangible Cultural Heritage.

The photo exhibition themed “Life of the lotus” by Nguyen Khoa Huy, the photographer, is being displayed at Hue City Center for Culture, Information and Sports (23 - 25 Le Loi Street), from November 26 to December 10, 2024.

Launched in April, the 2024 Reading Culture Ambassador Contest attracted 16.358 entries from 120 primary schools, secondary schools, and high schools in the provincial area.
