On the morning of November 22, the University of Arts, Hue University coordinated with Savannakhet Fine Art School (Laos) to hold an art exhibition to foster Vietnam – Laos cultural exchange with the theme “Connecting”.

“Digital transformation, new technologies to support preservation and festivals” was the theme of the Conference on Connecting Reality and Digital in Thua Thien Hue Province. The event was jointly organized by Hue Monuments Conservation Center, Vietnam Association for Information Processing, and Hue Center for Information and Technology (HueCIT) on October 12th. This conference was one of the practical initiatives in celebration of National Digital Transformation Day.

Invested seaports and airport, along with connecting routes, will create motivation for the formation and development of the urban chain from Hue to Huong Thuy and to Chan May - Lang Co.

Along with the departure of a direct flight from Hue to South Korea, on August 1, the Provincial Department of Tourism coordinated with Vietjet Aviation Joint Stock Company, SMC Hue Co., Ltd (South Korea), Phu Bai International Airport; the Provincial Tourism Association, and related units to welcome the first direct flight, connecting Thua Thien Hue with Seoul City (South Korea). This is also the first flight from Incheon International Airport (South Korea) to the new terminal of Phu Bai International Airport.

On the evening 7/7, Hue Central Hospital informed that the 9th Trans-Vietnam heart transplant was successfully performed. After 1 hour and 19 minutes of surgery, at 11:39 pm on July 6, the donated heart was beating again in the recipient's chest.

The direct flight connecting Hue with Incheon (South Korea) will take off on July 31. Hue's tourism sector and many travel businesses are pooling efforts to seek opportunities to develop tourism and open the market for Korean tourists in particular and international tourists in general.

The ideas for designing a pedestrian bridge over Hộ thành hào (Citadel Protection Dike) connecting Thượng thành (Upper Citadel) have just been announced by the Hue Monuments Conservation Center. What many people are interested in is whether or not the idea of building a bridge is feasible and affects the heritage.

On May 30, Permanent Vice Chairman of the Provincial People’s Committee Nguyen Thanh Binh had a working session with the Commercial Department – Vietjet Aviation Joint Stock Company (Vietjet) about opening new domestic and international flights to Hue.

This contest is organized by Hue Monuments Conservation Center in collaboration with the People's Committee of Hue City, with the aim to explore creative ideas of public architecture (for pedestrians) from Nguyen Hoang bus station to Hue Imperial City area.
