On the afternoon of December 1, Mr. Nguyen Khac Toan, Deputy Secretary of the City Party Committee, Chairman of Hue City People's Committee, conducted a field inspection at several key projects currently being implemented in the area.

On the morning of November 3, a working delegation from Hue City People's Committee, led by Mr. Phan Thien Dinh, Deputy Secretary of the City Party Committee, Chairman of the City People's Committee, conducted a field inspection at some landslide and vulnerable areas in (formerly) Nam Dong District.

From August 24th to 29th, the CIPA 2025 Symposium took place in Seoul, South Korea, with the theme “Heritage Conservation from Digital Data: From Digital Documentation to Data-Based Heritage Preservation”. This major forum brought together nearly 1.000 experts, researchers, and international organizations in the field of conservation.

A team of experts from Japan, in collaboration with the Faculty of History (University of Sciences, Hue University), is conducting a survey of the Thanh Loi National Relic Site, located in Thuy Xuan Ward, Hue City.

On the afternoon of June 11th, Deputy Secretary of the City Party Committee and Chairman of Hue City People's Committee, Mr. Nguyen Van Phuong, met and held a working session with Mr. Kobayashi Yosuke, the newly appointed Chief Representative of Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA) in Vietnam.

On the morning of June 6th, a signing ceremony took place between the Department of Construction of Hue City and the Public Works Bureau of Osaka City, Japan, to formalize a discussion minute on technical cooperation in the field of drainage and wastewater treatment. Vice Chairman of Hue City People's Committee Hoang Hai Minh attended and witnessed the signing ceremony.

On May 22nd, during his working visit to Vietnam, Director of the UNESCO World Heritage Center, Lazare Eloundou Assomo, toured several heritage sites in Hue including the Imperial Citadel, the Museum of Royal Antiquities, and An Dinh Palace to conduct a field survey and learn about the management, conservation and promotion of World Cultural Heritage values ​​in the locality.

With more than 25 years of collaboration with Hue Monuments Conservation Center, Prof. Satoh Shigeru, a leading expert in the field of landscape study and urban planning at Institute of Urban and Regional Studies, Waseda University in Japan, has made many interesting discoveries about the mountain-water landscape in Hue.
