The exhibition, through the language of photography, aims to strengthen Hue City's cultural diplomacy and expand cooperation with diplomatic missions of ASEAN countries in Vietnam. It will also help promote Hue as a heritage city and a distinctive Festival City of Vietnam, as well as an attractive cultural and tourism destination in the Central region. ​

“Chan May - Lang Co needs to be developed into a growth hub for industry, logistics, services and tourism in Hue City and the central region. On July 17, in Hue City, the Vietnam Institute of Culture, Arts, Sports and Tourism held the opening ceremony for its K31 (2025 - 2028) doctoral course in the Central region. This is the Institute’s first doctoral training course held in the Central region.
