As an annual event organized by Hue City People's Committee during the Mid-Autumn Festival and within the framework of the annual Hue Festival, this year's Unicorn - Lion - Dragon Dance Festival and Mid-Autumn Lantern Parade will be held over two days, September 6th and 7th, on the main streets of the city center.

Mid-Autumn Festival is an opportunity for children to be excited to join in lanterns parade, admire the moon, watch unicorn dances, and enjoy feasts with Mid-Autumn Festival cakes and fruit. The Autumn and Winter Festivals within the framework of Hue Festival 2023 will focus on creating diversity and distinctiveness for several main programs. On the afternoon of July 26th, Hue Festival Center held a press conference on the main programs and activities of the Autumn and Winter Festival within the framework of Hue Festival 2023.

With the theme "Hue in autumn", from July to September this year, the autumn festival within the framework of Hue Festival 2023 has many attractive programs and activities. In addition to the charm, serenity and antiquity of the dreamy Hue, tourists and locals will be immersed in the vibrant atmosphere of a festive season.

On the morning of July 7, Hue Monuments Conservation Center coordinated with the Provincial Department of Culture and Sports to organize an incense and flower offering ceremony, and a procession of gratitude to the ancestor on the occasion of the death anniversary of Lord Nguyen Phuc Khoat, the person who laid the foundation of Ao dai Vietnam. This is one of the activities responding to Hue Festival 2023, and within the framework of the Autumn Festival’s activities.

On June 29, Hue Festival Center informed that the Autumn Festival with the theme “Hue in Autumn”, a festival in the framework of Hue Festival 2023, will take place from July to September with many attractive programs and activities.
