On the morning of April 15, the Union of Literature and Arts Associations of Hue City officially opened a Literature and Arts Creation Camp under the theme “Charming Hue”.

On April 13, the Ministry of Education and Training issued Decision No. 866/QD-BGDDT to establish a branch of the University of Finance - Marketing (UFM) in Hue City.

On the side of Savannakhet Province, the delegation was received by Mr. Daovone Xaysoulien, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the Provincial Government, along with leaders of relevant departments and sectors.

On the evening of April 12, Hue College held a 2026 Traditional Bunpimay Tet Festival for over 300 Lao students currently studying and living in Hue City.

Stage 9 “Phu Xuan - Da Vien” of the 38th National Cycling Tournament “Non song lien mot dai” (“A unified country”) - 2026, officially kicked off on the morning of April 12 at the square in front of Quoc Hoc Hue High School for the Gifted.

On the morning of April 12, Hue Youth and Children Center hosted the 6th “Green Lane” Swimming Tournament 2026 at its swimming pool.

On the morning of April 11, at Secret Affairs Institute - Tam Toa Complex, Hue Monuments Conservation Center, in coordination with Hue Museum of Royal Antiquities, Hai Ba Trung High School, and Nguyen Hue High School, organized a heritage education program titled “Reforms of Emperor Minh Mang”, in celebration of Vietnam Book and Reading Culture Day (April 21).
