Mr. Nguyen Van Phuc, Director of the Provincial Department of Tourism, said that on the evening of January 26, within the framework of the ASEAN Tourism Forum (ATF), there was an award ceremony for the ASEAN Clean Tourist City Awards, taking place in Vientiane, Laos. The three cities representing Vietnam have been awarded (which will be effected from 2024 to 2026) namely: Hue (Thua Thien Hue Province), Vung Tau (Ba Ria - Vung Tau Province), and Quy Nhon (Binh Dinh Province).

On the morning of January 3, the University of Medicine and Pharmacy, Hue University held a ceremony to launch the Bachelor’s degree training program in Medical Laboratory Technology, which has met the quality standards of the ASEAN University Network – Quality Assurance (AUN – QA).

After 3 working days, on July 6th, the Quality Assurance Council of the ASEAN University Network-Quality Assurance (AUN) finished its appraisal of the Bachelor of Medical Laboratory Training Program of the University of Medicine and Pharmacy, Hue University.

In the framework of ASEAN Music Festival 2022 taking place in Quang Nam province from December 19 to 24, Hue Royal Art Theater participated in with the Hue royal timbre program.

On the morning of December 15, a seminar themed "Introducing the ASEAN Economic Community and the free trade agreements within the ASEAN framework" shared with businesses a lot of useful information about the opportunities as well as challenges related to the free trade agreements within the ASEAN framework.
