​ On the occasion of the Lunar New Year of the Horse 2026, on February 8th, the Trade Union of Thuan Hoa Ward organized the program “Tet Reunion - Spring in Gratitude to the Party”, featuring many practical activities to support union members and workers so they can welcome the traditional Tet holiday in joy and warmth. Hue Central Hospital also organized the program “Spring Tet Market” for disadvantaged patients currently receiving treatment at the hospital.

On the morning of February 7th, Gia Hoi High School solemnly held a ceremony to commemorate the 60th anniversary of its founding (February 7th, 1966 - February 7th, 2026). While not as large-scale or bustling as many famous flower villages in the North and the South such as Sa Dec (Dong Thap), Cai Mon (Vinh Long), Nhat Tan, Tay Tuu (Hanoi), or Thai Phien (Lam Dong)…, the flower villages supplying Tet flowers in Hue remain vibrant and deeply imbued with local cultural identity.

On the morning of February 1st, as part of a series of activities celebrating the Communist Party and welcoming in the Year of the Horse, Phu Loc Commune held a ceremony to unveil its Spring 2026 mascot - “Linh Ma Bach Van” (Spirit Horse & White Clouds), carrying the message “Aspiring to Soar with Bach Ma.”
