From August 30 to September 1, 2025 (the 8th, 9th, and 10th days of the Lunar July), tourists and local people will enjoy free entrance to Hue Nam relic (Hon Chen Temple) during Hue Nam Temple Festival.

In Thanh Thuy Ward, I met Minh, a 10-year-old boy in a Taekwondo uniform. Three years ago, he was a shy child, often sick and reluctant to communicate. But in the summer of 2024, his mother enrolled him in a nearby Taekwondo class. After just three summer months, Minh not only became healthier but also gained the confidence to give presentations in front of his class - something he had never dared to do before.

On August 24, the City Military Command directed Regiment 6 to deploy 100 officers and soldiers along with vehicles to grassroots areas to help people brace for Typhoon No. 5 (Kajiki). At the Central and Southern Vietnam finals of the STEM Robotics Robotacon WRO 2025, held recently in Ho Chi Minh City, the Eureka - Lego team from Eureka Center - Hue claimed the championship title in the B0 category for ages 6-10. With this victory, the team has officially secured a spot in the international competition in Singapore this November.

The inaugural 2025 Central - Central Highlands Nghia Dung Karate-Do Club Tournament officially opened on the morning of July 22nd at Hue City Sports Center. Permanent Vice Chairman of Hue City People's Committee Nguyen Thanh Binh attended the event.
