On the morning of April 19, Hue University held the opening ceremony for the 6th Sports Festival 2026.

VnExpress Marathon Hue 2026 officially took place on the morning of April 19, with the starting point on Le Duan Street, in front of the Phu Van Lau - Nghinh Luong Dinh area. Mr. Tran Huu Thuy Giang, Vice Chairman of the City People's Committee, attended the event and joined the 5km race.

On April 18, the University of Education, Hue University, held a ceremony to award AMA scholarships with a total value of nearly VND 1.3 billion, funded by AMA Scholarship Fund, to 30 underprivileged students with outstanding academic efforts.
