40 thousand fish released into the Huong river

Releasing fish into the Huong river

After the launching ceremony, the representatives of related departments and hundreds of students released over 40 thousand fish in various species (snakeheads, catfishes, carps and dories) into the Huong river. Among them, the government budget granted 12 thousand fish, the Provincial Buddhist Association supported providing over 15 thousand fish; the remaining of over 13 thousand fish was sponsored by the organizations and enterprises.

This is a meaningful activity that aims to recreate the aquatic resources, to supplement the aquatic species which are facing to the risk of exhaustion have the condition to recover and develop to balance the ecological environment of the Huong river.
