The program "Tet of Unity" launched
HNN.VN - On the afternoon of January 7, the People's Committee of An Dong Ward, Hue City held the opening ceremony of the program " Tet of Unity ", the contests of making banh chung, banh tet, and traditional crystallized ginger in 2023 at Dang Van Ngu Secondary School.

The program, which was taking place in two days from January 7 to 8, aims to support the poor and near-poor households as well as households in difficult circumstances in the area celebrating the traditional Lunar New Year of the Cat 2023 joyfully and warmly.
The program’s activities include contests of making banh chung, banh tet and traditional jams as well as playing folk games. After the contests, the products made by the participating teams will be displayed, which the people and visitors can visit and enjoy.
On this occasion, the People's Committee of An Dong Ward gave Tet gifts to the poor and near-poor households as well as households in difficult circumstances in the area so as to share the difficulties with them and help them celebrate the traditional Lunar New Year with joy and happiness.
