Shades of Psychology and Education
HNN.VN - This was the theme of an exhibition and experiential program organized by the Faculty of Psychology and Education, University of Education - Hue University for students majoring in Educational Psychology and those expressing interest from other disciplines on the morning of June 6.

The program aimed to summarize and showcase the journey of implementing practical projects in psychology and education by students, at the same time it also was held to create a creative exhibition space for professional experiences; foster engagement between learners and their field of study; and promote hands-on practice of educational psychology tools, life skills, and vocational orientation. Furthermore, the program spread the humanistic, scientific, and applied values of the Educational Psychology field, while inspiring learning and action in this area.
At the program, activities included the display of paintings, photographs, books, project posters, infographics, and psychological-educational intervention models; an exhibition of the products from five student-led psychology-education projects that had been completed. The projects included: The Colors of Happiness (raising awareness about mental health for students in Hue city); Connecting Love and Happiness in the Old Age (mental health care for the elderly at nursing homes in Hue city); Green Warriors (education to raise awareness and behaviors to protect the environment for children in Hue city); The Station - Nurturing Positive Emotions (education on positive emotions and improving mental health for special needs children at special education centers in Hue city); Giving Love - Receiving Smiles (life skills education for special needs children at Long Tho Pagoda, Hue City).
Students also had the chance to experience hands-on experiences with tools and assessments such as AQ (Adversity Quotient or stress tolerance), EQ (Emotional Quotient), and mental health evaluations; applying models like the Johari Window, Wheel of Life, Eisenhower Decision Matrix, and Ikigai Model to know more about themselves, their careers, and time management in study and work; Additionally, they also got the chance to play emotional games and experience art therapy activities to explore emotions, self-awareness, and personal reflection, etc.
