“Employment Month” is an annual activity to implement the employment plan of the city, contributing to providing job opportunities for idle labors, young people, recent graduates, as well as vulnerable labors, and those who have lost their jobs. The program this year is carried out simultaneously in 2 forms, including online one via the job exchange platform vieclamhue.vn and in person at the City employment Service Center, providing a quick connection and saving time for both recruiters and applicants.
Accompanying the event are 34 organizations, offering an estimated of 8.775 recruitment opportunities both domestically and abroad. Among them, 23 organizations are recruiting within the country, primarily in industrial zones and service enterprises, while 6 organizations are seeking workers to work in Japan, South Korea, and Taiwan. Vocational education institutions also provide thousands of enrollment quotas, such as Hue College of Tourism and Hong Duc JSC. Companies with high recruitment demand include Scavi Hue Co., which needs 2,080 workers in the garment sector, and HAIYI Hue Garment Co., which is hiring for 1,050 positions. In the field of overseas labor export, organizations such as Haiphong Trading and Construction Investment Co., Ltd., and Daystar International Cooperation Investment Co., Ltd, etc., announce hundreds of opportunities to work abroad under programs such as the EPS Program in South Korea, as well as nursing jobs in Germany and Japan.

In addition to providing information about the labor market, “Employment Month” also supports students in job searching, career counseling, and improving interview skills. Workers are encouraged to prepare their CVs and learn about labor laws to protect their rights when working in enterprises.
Throughout the event period (September 5 - October 5, 2025), the online job exchange platform will remain continuously open, allowing businesses and workers to log in for interviews via Google Meet. The in-person recruitment will take place on September 5, September 20, and October 5, 2025, at the Job Exchange Platform.
