Free diabetes screening for the people
HNN.VN - In celebration of World Diabetes Day on November 14th, the Youth Union of Hue Central Hospital, in collaboration with the Young Physicians Association of Thua Thien Hue Province, organized a program to offer free diabetes screenings for residents throughout the province.

The screenings are being held at Hue Central Hospital’s Facility 2 for both inpatients and outpatients with diabetes, as well as for local residents. Participants receive general health examinations and capillary blood glucose tests. This program is supported by 4,000 test kits provided by the Vietnam Young Physicians Association.
The program lasts until November 21st.
According to Dr. Pham Nhu Hien, M.S., Chairman of the Provincial Young Physicians Association, “through this program, the public will gain essential knowledge about diabetes, learn self-care practices, proper medication uses at home, and early detection of potential complications.”
