Female officers equipped with children education skills

HNN.VN - In two days, July 4 - 5, the Provincial Women's Union organized a training class for female officers in the province to improve their methods and skills to solve conflict situations with children and how to prevent conflicts happening in the family.

At the training class, the trainees were imparted knowledge and skills on development characteristics and basic needs of children by psychologists from Ton Duc Thang University - Ho Chi Minh city.

Through group exercises, the trainees were guided to the effective ways to educate their children through positive discipline methods, active listening, emotional control and the effect from words of love for children.

This is a part of the AC project series sponsored by Sida - Forum Syd and Adoptionscentrum (Sweden) with the aim to enhance and effectively support the implementation of rights for children who lack proper care of their families or children at risk of neglect in the community.
