Mr. Ho Dac Thai Hoang, Head of the Contest Organizing Committee, stated that over 18 editions, the contest has attracted 1,754 entries from youth and children, with many research topics achieving high national and international awards. The Contest has become a valuable intellectual playground for youth and children, opening up a new form of teaching and learning: learning linked to practice, research, and creativity; this  helps them get acquainted with the thinking methods and working methods of scientists, as well as developing their abilities.

The students' research topics in creative science, technology, and engineering have proved that they could effectively apply learned knowledge to solve practical problems in life and study, etc. In particular, many entries featured novel, unique, and creative scientific ideas, applying artificial intelligence (AI) and aligning with the digital age. This contributes to building Hue into a high-quality education, training, science, and technology center, and implementing the Resolution 57 of the Politburo on breakthroughs in national science, technology, innovation, and digital transformation.
