Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, Phan Ngoc Tho, said that the COVID-19 epidemic was developing in a very complicated and unpredictable manner, with the spirit of “fighting against the epidemic like fighting against the enemy”, the Provincial Party Committee, the Provincial People's Committee and the Steering Committee had had many guidelines and measures to mobilize the entire political system, levels, sectors, and the people to drastically prevent and control the epidemic.

As the front line and core forces, the military forces have not been afraid of difficulties and hardships, facing the risk of infection, to fulfill the noble mission to prevent and repel the COVID-19 epidemic.
