This year’s event brought together 21 recruiters, offering 717 job openings and 156 internship opportunities. Over 1,000 students took part in on-site interviews, mainly junior and senior students. In 2026, over 1,500 students from 12 academic majors at the university will graduate.

It’s known that career counseling and employment support at HUFLIS are sustained throughout the job fair through strong collaboration between the university and employers. Acting as a key liaison, the university connects academic faculties with recruiters to host recruiting workshops and career orientation sessions, deepen training partnerships, and provide students with hands-on internships in the workplace.

HUFLIS serves as a focal point for receiving and disseminating recruitment announcements to students through its official communication channels, ensuring a continuous information flow between employers and candidates. These connectivity efforts have helped 15% of students secure jobs before graduation and 73% gain employment immediately after their graduation, bringing the overall graduate employment rate to over 95% within 12 months of graduation.

At the event, HUFLIS announced the awarding of 21 scholarships to students from disadvantaged backgrounds who have demonstrated strong efforts in their studies and personal development. The scholarships, sponsored by participating employers, are worth VND 45 million.
