To achieve this, the city focuses on several directions: expanding job opportunities for the poor, near-poor, and people with disabilities; creating favorable conditions for youth and women to start businesses; promoting supply-demand connections through job exchanges and digital platforms; reforming administrative procedures to ensure workers’ rights are protected quickly and transparently; and strengthening the linkage between vocational education and the practical needs of businesses”.
