Speaking at the event, Vice Chairman of Hue City People’s Committee - Mr. Nguyen Chi Tai emphasized: “The Sustainable Job Fair not only creates opportunities for workers to access employment but also reaffirms the city’s determination to build a modern, flexible, efficient, and sustainable labor market. To achieve this, the city focuses on several directions: expanding job opportunities for the poor, near-poor, and people with disabilities; creating favorable conditions for youth and women to start businesses; promoting supply-demand connections through job exchanges and digital platforms; reforming administrative procedures to ensure workers’ rights are protected quickly and transparently; and strengthening the linkage between vocational education and the practical needs of businesses”.

The Sustainable Job Fair is seen as a key to both improving workforce quality and promoting rapid and sustainable socio-economic growth. At the same time, it represents Hue’s commitment to accompanying and supporting both workers and businesses in their shared development.
