The project serves as a scientific database for research, elucidating the influence of President Ho Chi Minh in the spiritual life of Thua Thien Hue people, and promoting cultural and human values ​​in the background and career of President Ho Chi Minh. In addition, statistics on intangible cultural heritages about President Ho Chi Minh in Thua Thien Hue would be made to build conservation and promotion plans effectively.
