Accordingly, the procession includes members of Hue Monuments Conservation Center, local artisans whose specialties are selected, and participating delegates with 20 trays of offerings and flowers from the Organizing Committee and 15 wards and communes in Hue city.

The "Dang Tien Huong Xuan" procession activity aims to show the respect of the localities and Hue artisans to their ancestors; thereby, spreading the traditional beauty of Hue people and the specialties of the land of the Ancient Capital.
