Reuniting "Friends"

HNN.VN - A group of artists from many places have been in love with Hue so much that they have painted art works about the land known as "the beauty of Hue can be found nowhere else" as a keepsake of their memories of the Ancient Capital.

The exhibition, themed "Friends", organized by the group of artists in collaboration with Hue Museum of Fine Arts, was opened on the afternoon of March 29 at Le Ba Dang Art Center, 15 Le Loi Street, Hue City. The event was attended by Mr. Phan Ngoc Tho, Permanent Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, and a large number of art lovers.

The exhibition "Friends" introduces to the public 32 paintings by 8 artists, who are Pham Hoang Anh, Tran Dinh Khuong, Doan Thuy Hanh, Dinh Ngoc Thang, Nguyen Van Hai, Nguyen Thi Hoai Thuong, Nguyen Hai Anh, and Tran Anh Huy.

Although they come from different regions, each artist has a deep affection for Hue through each of their works at the exhibition. Using many materials, each work bears its own mark, creative style, and content. There, viewers will encounter familiar images such as Hue's spring flower market, the poetic church, or somewhere revealing the shadow of a bank of a country river, etc.

The exhibition lasts until April 8.
