More than 120 wrestlers from Thu Le village and neighboring areas participated in the wrestling festival. Most of the wrestlers participating in this wrestling festival are young people.

After a period of interruption, the traditional wrestling festival of Thu Le village has been restored and is increasingly in large-scale and professional, preserving many traditional cultural values, attracting visitors from many places to gather at the village's communal house to watch the wrestling festival.

With beautiful fighting moves, the wrestling festival prays for favorable weather, bumper harvests, and happiness for everyone.

The wrestling festival does not particularly focus on winning or losing, but is an opportunity to show the spirit of solidarity, joining forces, and overcoming difficulties in life.

In order to continue promoting the martial arts tradition as well as gradually selecting potential athletes for the wrestling team of Hue City, Quang Dien District has introduced wrestling into schools in the district, and received the attention and support of students and parents.
