| Pressing button to launch two digital platforms serving the operations of the city’s business community |
Over time, the Department of Science and Technology has successfully collaborated to develop the digital platform “For Businesses” integrated into the Hue-S application and launched the “Digital Working” platform. These platforms provide tools for interconnected document management, workflow management, and performance evaluation intended for the City Business Association Office and its members.
These platforms aim to support and accelerate the digital transformation process within the city’s business community, particularly by helping businesses to access policies, knowledge, digital transformation programs, and tools for businesses connecting with the government in the digital environment.
The digital platform “For Businesses” is specifically designed for “business owners”, creating a digital space that provides convenient, fast, and efficient connectivity for the business community. With an intuitive interface, along with a wide range of practical and user-friendly functions, the “For Businesses” platform is organized into three main blocks including Business Information Block, Functional Block, and Business News Block.
The “Digital Working” platform for the City Business Association Office and its members helps enhance management and operation efficiency, promoting a modern and professional working environment within the Association.
With this platform, the Association Office and its members can receive, process, and forward documents; carry out flexible work management processes; and evaluate performance directly on the platform.
Mr. Nguyen Xuan Son, Director of the Department of Science and Technology emphasized that launching these two platforms not only brings practical benefits to businesses, customers, and state management but also aims to materialize Resolution 57-NQ/TW of the Politburo on breakthrough development in science, technology, innovation, and national digital transformation. This contributes to building a modern, transparent, innovative, and sustainable business environment in Hue City.
This also demonstrates the city’s determination and commitment to accelerate comprehensive digital transformation across the region, particularly within the business community, a key force and primary driver of local economic development.

Speaking at the launch ceremony, the Vice Chairman of Hue City People’s Committee, Mr. Phan Quy Phuong, hoped that the Business Association would effectively utilize and widely promote the two digital platforms recently supported by the city for implementation.
Mr. Phan Quy Phuong also requested that the Department of Science and Technology continue to review and assess the needs and feedback from businesses to improve and upgrade the features of the “For Businesses” platform on Hue-S, ensuring it remains user-friendly, easy to use, and closely aligned with the practical needs of businesses and relevant agencies. At the same time, he urged it to proactively collaborate with related units to organize communication activities, guidance, and training to help businesses to effectively utilize the platform. Based on this, further collaboration should be continued to research and add new functions that are appropriate and maximize support for businesses’ investment, production, and business activities.
As part of the program, Hue City Business Association organized a conference and training session on the topic: “Optimizing Business Solutions through Applications and Artificial Intelligence (AI)”. The event provided practical contents aiming at supporting businesses in enhancing their technological application capabilities and achieving sustainable development.
