Kim Long Motor Hue and Kijsetthi Mobility (Thailand) signing a sale agreement

The large-scale export contract marks a significant step forward for the company in its journey to bring “Made in Vietnam” products to the global market. At the same time, it also underscores Kim Long’s capacity to produce modern and high-quality vehicles, contributing to enhancing the position of Vietnam’s automobile industry within the global value chain.
Under the contract, Kim Long Motor Hue will supply 1,000 buses of various models to the Thai market. including its key product lines: 12-meter buses (both internal combustion and fully electric), 7.8-meter buses (internal combustion), and 7.5-meter electric buses. All products are developed by Kim Long Motor’s team of highly experienced engineers, tailored to Thailand’s terrain, transportation infrastructure, and the specific requirements of local customers.
All exported products are manufactured at Kim Long Motor Hue Automotive Manufacturing and Assembly Industrial Complex, which operates with automated production lines and digitalized management systems. Notably, the company’s capacity in engine manufacturing and automotive production has been significantly strengthened with the launch of Yuchai Engine Manufacturing Plant, which was inaugurated on December 5.
Covering 6.5 hectares, with an initial investment of USD 260 million and an automation rate of up to 90%, the plant is capable of producing a wide range of internationally certified engines for buses, minibuses, and next-generation commercial vehicles.
Kijsetthi Mobility is known as a business operating in the development of comprehensive mobility service networks in Thailand, encompassing commercial vehicle trading, spare parts supply, and repair and maintenance services for trucks and buses. The company is also expanding into sustainable solutions in the era of electric vehicles (EVs).

The collaboration between Kijsetthi Mobility and Kim Long Motor not only meets immediate business needs but also paves the way for deeper long-term cooperation. Kim Long buses are expected to gain wider recognition among customers in Thailand and across Southeast Asia.
