According to the judging panel, the quality of this year’s projects has significantly improved. Many entries surpassed national standards, approaching international benchmarks, and demonstrated modern planning thinking towards green, smart, sustainable cities that are adaptable to climate change.

Among the 26 Golden Prizes presented this year, Hue’s team won 2, including the General Planning Project for Thua Thien Hue Urban Area to 2045, with a Vision to 2065, developed by the Department of IT Application Research in Landscape Architectural Planning - National Institute of Urban and Rural Planning; and the 1/2000 Subdivision Planning Project for the Hue Citadel Area, carried out by the Institute for Urban Development Research.
