Many exciting activities to be held in "Lang Co – the Beautiful World Bay" festival 2019

Tourists come to discover Lang Co

The festival will be held in two days from May 16 – 17 in Lang Co town, on the occasion of the 10th anniversary of Lang Co being recognized as a beautiful bay of the world.

In addition to the art program on the opening night (the evening of May 16), there are also activities: camp for literature and art writting with the theme "Lang Co - the Beautiful World Bay", camp for music composition of Vietnam Music Association; exhibition with 50 art photos about Lang Co; exhibition of handicraft products; culinary event combined with beer festival; beach volleyball; cycling with the theme "For a green environment"; traditional boat racing; water motorcycle performance; women's football; tennis; camps of more than 1,000 members of youth union and firework display...

Mr. Ho Trong Cau, Vice Chairman of Phu Loc District People's Committee, Head of the Festival Organizing Committee said that the Prime Minister approved a Master Plan to develop Lang Co - Canh Duong national tourism site until 2025, vision to 2030 on December 19, 2018. With the goal by 2025, the tourism site will become a leading important destination of the province and the Central region; the plan by 2025 is to welcome over 1.5 million tourists and by 2030 to welcome over 2.5 million ones. Therefore, the organization of the festival aims to promote the image, to increase investment attraction and to become an event which is held periodically to serve tourists coming to Lang Co.

On the same day, the camp for literature and art writting with the theme "Lang Co - the Beautiful World Bay" was opened and lasts until April 9.
