38,000 visitors arrive in Lang Co during the event honoring the world beautiful bay

HNN.VN - Over three days of the “Lang Co - World Beautiful Bay 2026” program (June 5 - 7), Chan May - Lang Co Commune welcomed 38,000 visitor arrivals who came to sightsee, relax, and experience the series of activities held as part of the program.

According to statistics released by the People's Committee of Chan May - Lang Co Commune on the morning of June 8, the total number of visitors to the Commune during the “Lang Co - World Beautiful Bay 2026” program was estimated at 38,000 visitor arrivals, including approximately 9,150 international visitors, and 28,850 domestic visitors.

An estimated 5,420 visitors stayed overnight in Chan May - Lang Co Commune during this period, including 1,335 international visitors, and 4,085 domestic visitors. Tourism revenue was estimated at approximately 24.5 billion VND.

The “Lang Co - World Beautiful Bay 2026” program featured a unique series of events and activities, with highlights including an opening artistic performance, and a sailing performance on the waters of Lang Co Bay; and a series of community sports activities, including a pickleball tournament, a women’s football tournament on artificial turf, a community run and the “Chan May - Lang Co World Beautiful Bay” golf tournament…

The program is one of the key cultural and tourism events of Chan May - Lang Co Commune in response to Hue Festival 2026. It also serves as an opportunity to celebrate the natural beauty of Lang Co Bay, a member of the World’s Most Beautiful Bays Club.
