Previously, from March 23 -25, at Tu Tuong Park, the “Banh ngon ba mien” Festival (delicious regional cakes festival) which was introduced by the cooks of Hotel Saigon Morin and Hotel Saigon Binh Quoi attracted many tourists and the locals with over 80 kinds of delicious cakes of three main regions: Northern Vietnam – Central Vietnam - Southern Vietnam.
